The United Way of Hardin County is committed to being fiscally responsible to each of their donors. Ninety-eight cents of each dollar contributed goes back to the local agencies. Only 2% is used toward administrative cost. That exceeds the 65/35 ratio established by the Better Business Bureau for its standard of charitable accountability.
